Jubilo Iwata said Wednesday former Japan Olympic team coach Masakuni Yamamoto has signed a contract with the J. League first-division side that will make him the new manager.
The 46-year-old Yamamoto is expected to join the club in Shizuoka Prefecture early next month in time to take charge for their Emperor's Cup match Nov. 13.
