World championship representative Ken Mizuno captured his first aerials title while Naomi Senda won her first women’s crown on Thursday, the final day of the freestyle skiing national championships. Mizuno tallied 158.59 points for the title.

Satoru Segami placed second with 142.35, and third place went to Fumiaki Nishikawa with 133.65 in Inawashiro, Fukushima Prefecture.

In the women’s competition, Senda earned 91.38, far bettering Ai Kaneko’s 67.70 and Kayo Itsumi’s 53.71.
