The Four Seasons Hotel has opened the French restaurant Motif Restaurant & Bar, in the first large-scale renovation since the hotel’s opening in 2002.
Motif Restaurant & Bar is located on the seventh floor of the hotel where guests can admire the view of historic Tokyo Station, as well as skyscrapers in Japan’s most prestigious business districts of Marunouchi and Yurakucho. It has main dining and bar lounge sections and guests can enjoy the different atmospheres of both.
Michelin three-star chef Hiroshi Nakamichi, based in Hokkaido Prefecture, supervises the cuisine at the restaurant, which offers a variety of foods on breakfast and lunch buffets, the first such service for the hotel.
Guests can enjoy 30 kinds of drinks, unique finger foods such as the hotel’s signature wagyu (Japanese beef) burger, truffle-flavored popcorn and potato gratin during the afternoon tea time.
Dinner in the main dining area features course menus with ingredients mainly from Hokkaido, beautifully presented and available with a rich selection of organic wine.
