North Korea seems to have somewhat of a preoccupation with military technology, rather than feeding the millions of hungry who inhabit it. It launched a rocket, which flew over Japan and landed in the Pacific Ocean without placing anything into orbit. Think of how much economic development could have gone into its agriculture or into trade if North Korea opened up like its southern neighbors. It is this injustice that marks the irony of some nations' will to not negotiate. People suffer at the bereft of a dictator's pride, nationalistic infantilism and pure jejune stupidity.
