Weed was big in America last year, due to the tidal wave of medical marijuana to the outright legalization of recreational ganja use in several states, and no one nails the zeitgeist better than independent web-comedy "High Maintenance." The series follows a bearded bike-delivery dealer known simply as "The Guy," who provides cannabis to all sorts fof clients around New York City.
