A remake of "Mostly Martha," a popular German film released in 2001, delivers romance and mouth-watering cuisine with a familiar Hollywood feel. Kate (Catherine Zeta Jones), a top New York chef, is a workaholic and perfectionist with no private life. That changes when two new ingredients are thrown into her life: her 9-year-old niece, Zoe (Abigail Breslin), for whom Kate becomes guardian, and Nick (Aaron Eckhart), a life-loving new sous-chef who blasts opera in her kitchen. Slowly, the presence of the two become crucial elements in Kate's life.
