If the Filipinos aren't causing a problem or doing anything wrong, then it's not a problem, though it's not a bad idea to have more stringent restrictions.

If they tighten the laws, it'll slow down human trafficking, but it's a temporary solution. It'll make it harder for legitimate entertainers to get a visa. It won't stop unless they change the laws for the people who bring them in.

I met a couple of Filipinos who came here so they could find a Japanese husband. They told me they don't love their husbands, but they can send money back home to their families.

There will still be illegal immigration. The laws should be changed for the people who make a profit from this industry -- the yakuza. Hurting the little people isn't going to stop the big bosses.
