Sevilla has agreed to sign Japan midfielder Hiroshi Kiyotake on a four-year deal from relegated Bunsdesliga side Hannover, the Spanish team announced Friday.

The 26-year-old, who has three goals for Japan in 37 games, was reported by German media as subject to a bid of €6.5 million (about ¥787 million) from the Europa League champion.

Kiyotake will undergo a medical next week before joining Takashi Inui in La Liga. His former Cerezo Osaka teammate is currently playing for Eibar.

Sevilla won its third straight Europa League title last month and will compete in the Champions League next season despite finishing seventh in La Liga.
