Asian Games MVP Kosuke Hagino rewrote his own national record en route to winning the men’s 200-meter individual medley at a short-course World Cup on Wednesday.
Hagino, who also triumphed in the 200 freestyle, improved his own mark in the 200 IM by 0.23 seconds to touch the wall in 1 minute, 51.27 seconds at Tokyo Tatsumi International Swimming Center.
