HIRATSUKA, Kanagawa Pref. (Kyodo) Omiya Ardija eased their relegation fears and all but condemned fellow strugglers Shonan Bellmare to a swift return to the second division in the process after a commanding 3-1 away win on Wednesday night.
The result moved Omiya five points clear of the drop zone with five games left but rock-bottom Shonan will be relegated if they lose away to Shimizu S-Pulse on Sunday. League leaders Nagoya are up next for Omiya.
