Tour veteran Naomichi "Joe" Ozaki put together yet another solid round Sunday to win the Tsuruya Open by three shots for his 31st career victory and first in a year and a half.

Ozaki, playing alongside fellow overnight co-leader Paul Sheehan in a matchplay-like atmosphere, made three birdies in a blemish-free round of 68 on his way to his first title since beating the Australian in a playoff at the Bridgestone Open in October 2003.
