ASAHIKAWA, HOKKAIDO – A 27-year-old fisherman was arrested after he entered a women’s dressing room at a Hokkaido hot springs resort disguised as a female.
Shingo Wada allegedly crept into the hot springs area in Wakkanai at around 8:20 p.m. Wednesday. He had long hair, was wearing a pink dress and sported a large mask over his face.
When a worker became suspicious and asked what the intruder was doing, the person fled.
Wada turned himself in at Wakkanai Police Station the next day and told them what he had done.
He was officially placed under arrest on Sunday.
