Falsely labeled food items have been confirmed at 307 restaurants and other businesses belonging to 23 industry bodies including department store and hotel associations, a government survey showed Monday.

The government survey was reported at a meeting of senior officials from the ministries and agencies concerned, including the Consumers Affairs Agency, held Monday at the prime minister’s office.
