The Tokyo District Court found bearing maker Nachi-Fujikoshi Corp. and two of its former officials guilty Friday of violating the antimonopoly law for forming an illegal cartel to raise prices of their products for industrial machinery.
Nachi-Fujikoshi, which is based in the city of Toyama, was fined ¥180 million, while the two former officials were given suspended prison sentences.
