The editor-in-chief of the major economic magazine Weekly Toyo Keizai has been arrested for allegedly groping two women on a train, according to the police.
The police said on Saturday that Naoyuki Mikami, 46, was suspected of having touched the buttocks of two women on a JR Keihin Tohoku Line train at around 11 p.m. Friday.
