After discussing Greece’s debt crisis with leaders of advanced economies in Cannes and a Pacific-wide free-trade accord in Honolulu, Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda is set to tackle issues closer to home at regional meetings in Bali, Indonesia.

In a series of summits between Southeast Asian nations and dialogue partners including Japan, China and the United States through Saturday, Noda and his counterparts will reaffirm their cooperation on wide-ranging issues such as disaster response, a free-trade agreement among Japan, China and South Korea, and North Korea’s nuclear threat, Japanese officials said.
