MITO, Ibaraki Pref. (Kyodo) A disavowed yakuza was arrested Sunday in the death of a man who was killed when a truck rammed the campaign office of an Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly candidate during the election in December.
Keiichi Shitara, 43, of Ishioka, Ibaraki Prefecture, was arrested on suspicion of property destruction and theft after police searched a property belonging to his gang and other locations.
