HIROSHIMA (Kyodo) A business tieup between a pair hamburger and doughnut chains will give birth to a new brand of outlet later this week that literally sells both items on a single plate.
On Tuesday, the media had a preview of the first outlet of Mosdo — a cross-breed of Mos Burger and Mister Donut — in Fuchu, Hiroshima Prefecture, ahead of its opening Friday.
The Mosdo outlet basically offers two lines of menus, those of Mos Burger and Mister Donut, at two separate counters. But customers who order a hybrid set meal can choose from various kinds of hamburgers and doughnuts, company officials said.
The set meal, for ¥580, can be ordered at either counter.
