Credit Suisse AG said Wednesday it has appointed Atsushi Mizuno, a former member of the Bank of Japan's Policy Board, as vice chairman of fixed-income operations in the Asia-Pacific region.
Mizuno finished his five-year term as a Policy Board member last month.
While assuming the post at Credit Suisse's Hong Kong unit, Mizuno will be tasked with advising on business strategies for Asia-Pacific operations and expanding Credit Suisse's customer base, the Zurich-based financial institution said.
