HIROSHIMA (Kyodo) A metallic object suspected to be a bullet was sent to NHK’s Hiroshima bureau on Monday and included the name “Sekihotai,” the group that claimed responsibility for a fatal attack on an Asahi Shimbun bureau in 1987, the police said.
The case follows a series of similar events in February in which packages containing rifle bullets were sent to NHK’s Tokyo headquarters and bureaus in Sapporo, Nagano and Fukuoka.
