Nippon Oil Corp. and Nippon Mining Holdings Inc. said Friday they will postpone their integration by six months until April 2010 because they need more time to prepare statements to be filed with U.S. authorities. In December, they said they would sign a management integration accord this March and establish a holding firm for the integrated entity in October.
