A 34-year-old woman who allegedly broke into her neighbor’s apartment to recharge her cell phone was arrested early Saturday on suspicion of cutting the occupant with a knife, police said.
Upon returning to her apartment around 3 a.m. Saturday in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, the victim found the door unlocked and someone else’s mobile phone in her charger.
