Nufarm Ltd., Australia’s largest maker of crop chemicals, may be interested in bidding for a stake in Japan’s Arysta LifeScience Corp.
“Nufarm regularly evaluates acquisition opportunities and a business such as Arysta would potentially be of interest to us,” Robert Reis, a spokesman for the Melbourne-based company said Tuesday.
