KUMAMOTO (Kyodo) The sister of a Japanese man who was abducted to North Korea said Thursday she will file a criminal complaint with police Friday against the wives of two Japanese citizens who hijacked a Japan Airlines jet to North Korea in 1970 over their suspected involvement in the kidnapping.

Fumiyo Saito, 60, the older sister of Kaoru Matsuki from Kumamoto Prefecture, who North Korea claims died in the country, will file the complaints against Yoriko Mori, 52, and Sakiko Wakabayashi, 51, who are still at large. They are wives of Red Army Faction fugitives.

Matsuki was abducted in Spain in May 1980 at age 26. The two women were guests at a hotel in Spain around the time of the abduction, Saito said.
