FUKUOKA – Huis Ten Bosch Co. has decided to withdraw its bankruptcy application to take advantage of an amended law that will clear an easier path for restructuring, company sources said Tuesday.
The Dutch theme park operator plans to file a new application with the Tokyo District Court on April 1, when the Corporate Rehabilitation Law will be amended to make it easier for insolvent firms to bypass creditors.
