A man was arrested Friday for allegedly stabbing to death his sister-in-law and her daughter and seriously injuring her son at the woman's home in the town of Isen on Tokunoshima Island, Kagoshima Prefecture.

Keishi Nago, 32, allegedly stabbed Kazumi Nago, 40, and her 17-year-old daughter, Chihiro, and 13-year-old son, Kenji, with a kitchen knife at around 11:20 a.m., police said.

Nago was arrested after he turned himself in at Tokunoshima Police Station with a knife in his hand, saying, "I killed my sister-in-law."

Kazumi and Chihiro were pronounced dead at a hospital, police said. Kazumi's husband, Hirofumi Nago, is the suspect's brother.
