A man robbed a pachinko parlor employee Monday morning of a bag containing roughly 17 million yen in Warabi, Saitama Prefecture, according to police.

They said the man, wearing a full-face helmet, sprayed the employee at about 11:18 a.m. with pepper spray inside an elevator of the building where the pachinko parlor is housed. The employee, who was unhurt, was carrying the bag to the parlor's office on the fourth floor from the parlor on the first floor, they said.
