Three ships collided late Friday night in the Kammon Strait in western Japan, but no one was hurt in the accident and all three ships continued on their routes, the Japan Coast Guard said.

The accident occurred around 11:20 p.m. Friday, when the 2,498-ton Panamanian freighter My Queen and the 1,877-ton South Korean chemical tanker Samho Freedom collided, causing the Korean ship to collide with the 499-ton Japanese tanker Hosei Maru, they said.
