TOKYO, Japan – January 28, 2019 – ORIX Bank Corporation (“ORIX Bank”) announced today it launched ORIX Bank LINE Official Account using the LINE official account provided by the LINE communications application operated by LINE Corporation.
By linking “Members Navi,” the dedicated website for ORIX Bank Card Loan customers, with the ORIX Bank LINE Official Account, customers will be able to access their current loan balance, available credit, next payment amount, payment date, and other details of their loan agreement on the LINE Talk screen.
This is the first initiative in the banking industry that will enable customers to access loan agreement information on the LINE talk screen.
ORIX Bank will use the ORIX Bank LINE Official Account to distribute information regarding campaigns and other valuable information and will enhance services even further in the future.
