Japan and the United States will hold a joint training session in Tokyo for male gymnasts to help raise their mutual skill levels, the Japan Gymnastic Association said Wednesday.
Takehiro Kashima, who struck gold in two apparatus events at the World Championships in August, and Hiroyuki Tomita, who won bronze in the all-around competition, will be among the 16 members of the Japanese national team who will take part in the Dec. 8-14 camp at Tokyo’s National Science Center.
