Hanshin Tigers infielder Makoto Imaoka agreed to a 78.5 million yen pay raise and a 120 million yen annual salary for the upcoming season, officials of the Central League club said Tuesday.
Hanshin also re-signed Norihiro Akahoshi, the 2001 CL Rookie of the Year who led the league in stolen bases for two straight years, for 37 million yen.
