Regarding Cesar Chelala's Nov. 2 article, "How the U.S. can clear Guantanamo's name": Will returning the area occupied by the Guantanamo detention center to Cuba really compensate the Cuban people for the miseries they have endured? Still, it is the minimum the United States must do. I'm sure President Barack Obama has the moral courage to take the appropriate action.
