Kevin Churchley makes a good point in his June 1 letter, "Dealing with Nanjing's history," in which he applauds the Tokyo High Court's decision against Shudo Higashinakano's revisionist book "The Nanking Massacre: Fact Versus Fiction."
Churchley is not alone when he speculates what might happen if he were to write a book called "Hiroshima and Nagasaki: Fact Versus Fiction." The recently published "Jungle Crows: a Tokyo Expatriate anthology" (Printed Matter Press) includes the short story "The Atom Bomb Denial, History Revisionist Textbook," a black humor satire that addresses the same concerns.
