Honda Motor Co. said Tuesday it will begin experimental use of its two-seat ultracompact electric vehicle from this fall in Kumamoto Prefecture and a city in Okinawa.
The ultracompact EV, which is under development, will be run on public roads to gather information on its use as a means of transportation for the elderly, tourists and families with small children, the company said.
