Mitsubishi Corp. plans to open an office in Naypyitaw, the capital of Myanmar, on Sept. 1 with the aim of participating in infrastructure development projects.
Mitsubishi, which has engaged in the trading of fibers, food items, steel and machinery since it established an office in Yangon in 1954, said Tuesday it will strengthen information-gathering with the launch of a new unit in the capital.
