A blog written by a 76-year-old retiree in Ichinomiya, Aichi Prefecture, is finding an audience among car buffs.
Hideya Oomori has been keeping up his blog, Kyoshu no Jidosha (Nostalgic Cars) — Catalog Gallery, to showcase part of his collection of 3,000 car catalogs, including those of Toyota, that he has collected for more than six decades. He learned to write his blog when he was 70.
It has gotten nearly 400,000 hits.
