A pilot program to provide unemployed people a place to get their questions answered on everything from job placement to housing and living expenses began receiving inquiries Monday.
While unemployed people are currently required to visit several different places to seek support, the pilot program called One-Stop Service enables them to seek advice for a range of issues at 77 Hello Work unemployment offices in Tokyo and 16 other prefectures.
