HIROSHIMA (Kyodo) A digital counter on the “peace clock” monument at Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum was reset Tuesday, a day after North Korea proclaimed it had conducted a second nuclear test.

In the 12th reset since the clock was established by a peace group in August 2001, the digital counter was changed to one from 960 — the number of days since the last nuclear test was conducted, also by Pyongyang, in October 2006.
