Fuji Xerox Co. said Thursday its chief corporate adviser, Yotaro Kobayashi, 75, will retire March 31.
Kobayashi was president and chairman of Fuji Xerox from 1978 through 2006. He transferred to Fuji Xerox in 1963 from Fuji Photo Film Co., now Fujifilm Corp., which he joined in 1958.
He also served as chairman of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives, a major business lobby known as Keizai Doyukai, from 1999 through 2003.
