Police have found more than 60 wounds in the body of a Chuo University professor who was fatally stabbed on a Tokyo campus Wednesday, suggesting the assailant’s frenzied attack lasted more than five minutes, investigative sources said Friday.
An autopsy determined some of the wounds to Hajime Takakubo, 45, reached his heart from his back and he died from blood loss and damage to his heart, lungs and aorta, they said.
