SHIZUOKA (Kyodo) A 46-year-old homeless man was arrested Friday for allegedly stealing New Year’s cards delivered to another person’s home in Fuji, Shizuoka Prefecture, police said.
“I wanted to see printed family photos of other people to avoid feeling the loneliness of my homeless life alone,” Masahiko Yamada was quoted as saying by police.
