The ruling coalition is expected to used its majority to vote down four opposition-proposed employment bills at a House of Representatives plenary session, lawmakers said Monday.

The bills proposed by the Democratic Party of Japan, the Social Democratic Party and Kokumin Shinto (People’s New Party) cleared the House of Councilors on Friday.
