A 2-month-old baby was killed and her parents, both 40, sustained heavy injuries in a fire that broke out early Thursday morning at a condominium in Tokyo’s Setagaya Ward, police said.
Police said the couple’s son, 14, admitted to starting the fire and they were set to arrest him. He was missing after the fire broke out at around 1:40 a.m. but was found by a police officer near his home about two hours later.
