Daikin Industries Ltd. and Sauer-Danfoss Inc. of the United States will jointly set up a manufacturing and a sales firm for oil hydraulic products for use in mobile equipment, the two firms said Friday.
The two new joint ventures, Daikin-Sauer-Danfoss Manufacturing Ltd. and Sauer-Danfoss-Daikin Ltd., will be established within Daikin's Yodogawa plant in Settsu, Osaka Prefecture, on Oct. 1.
Their products will include hydrostatic transmissions, orbital motors, steering units, valves and microprocessor controls.
