A delicious slice of Hokkaido

The new Towers modern bistro at The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo will offer from Aug. 2 to 31 a Hokkaido promotion course dinner making lavish use of top-quality ingredients from Hokkaido.

Coming from Hokkaido himself, head chef Shingo Hayasaka proudly created the luxurious menu with respect for local producers. Uni sea urchin from Rishiri Island, botan-ebi jumbo shrimp, "Jinnai Wagyu Aka" and Furano melon are some of the ingredients making up the five course menu, which runs from amuse-bouche to dessert.

The dinner, available from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., is priced at ¥13,000 per person (excluding tax and service fee) and the suggested dress code is relaxed and stylish.

The Towers restaurant boasts a modern and informal, yet elegant ambiance, allowing guests to indulge in the casual atmosphere while enjoying innovative cuisines and magnificent views of Tokyo from the 45th floor.
