The new "Star Wars" film is being advertised with full force, and Japanese confectionery store Ginza Cozy Corner has joined in with a new series of sweets themed on the classic trilogy.
One highlight from this limited run is the R2-D2 & C-3P0 Cake Set (¥1404). R2-D2 has a cheese mousse filling rounded out by generous pockets of raspberry and blueberry jam, the C-3P0 cake features a tart lemon mousse balanced by strawberry jam and pieces of orange.
C-3P0's citrus flavor wins out over the more outright sweetness of his companion, but both charm in their own ways. This is one of the tastier ways to enjoy the "Star Wars" advertising blitz.
