Re-opening of Fujisan Station Hotel

Nestled in the shadow of Mount Fuji, the Fujisan Station Hotel is pleased to announce the re-opening of its renovated hotel.

Four Seasons unveils Motif restaurant

Following extensive renovations, the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi has opened Motif, a French restaurant on the hotel’s seventh floor, featuring a bar and lounge with 140 seats.

Under the Esprit Terroir brand, the restaurant provides French cuisine making the most of seasonal ingredients such as carefully selected fish, meat and fresh vegetables that are brought in directly from various parts of Japan.

The Social Salon serves perfectly timed, bold and delicate courses. The Living Room features a fireplace, sofas and bar counter for a relaxing atmosphere, while continuing to offer the popular hotel classic “Wagyu burger” in addition to a casual lunch menu and cocktails and tapas during dinner. In The Gastronomic Gallery, guests can enjoy breakfast and lunch buffets. In the evenings, it serves tapas and snacks.

Beer garden at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka

Commemorating its 18th anniversary, The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka will host an “Urban Terrace Beer Garden” on the hotel’s fifth floor from April 25 to Sept. 30.

In this pleasant open-air space, 16 seats will be arranged for the beer garden.

The hotel will offer a 90-minute, all-you-can-drink plan, which includes domestic and imported craft beers, draft beer, red and white wine, orange juice and tea, as well as a variety of appetizers. The beer garden is proud to offer Minoh Beer, which was named the World’s Best Stout at the World Beer Awards, and also Nagisa beer, made with Monde Selection-awarded Tonda water. For an additional charge, guests can order standard beer garden staples.

The plan is available for ¥4,500 per person, and the garden will be open daily from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
