Rihga Royal opens new restaurant
On Oct. 20, the Rihga Royal Hotel will open a new restaurant, the Ferio, on the first floor.
The hotel, in the capital's Waseda area, will mark its 20th anniversary next May and the new restaurant is a part of the anniversary project.
