Cherry blossoms in The Peninsula's lobby; Spring Cantonese specialties at Grand Hyatt Fukuoka

Cherry blossoms at The Peninsula

As spring approaches, The Peninsula Tokyo is preparing special interior arrangements with installations of the nation’s most iconic seasonal items in the hotel’s lobby from March 11 to 15.

Guests can enjoy cherry blossom season with seven magnificent sakura arrangements, each standing more than 2.5 meters tall, 64 cherry blossom table arrangements and 10 custom-made Japanese lanterns adorning the base of the hotel’s signature lobby art piece by Keisen Hama.

The festive atmosphere allows guests to enjoy a cherry blossom viewing party in luxury.

Special sakura fairs will be held at the hotel’s restaurants and spa. At The Lobby, a special cherry blossom afternoon tea set served with Veuve Clicquot Rosé Champagne will be available from March 11 to 14.

The Peninsula Tokyo is connected to Hibiya Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda and Hibiya lines and the Toei Mita Line; or a 3-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Ginza Station or Yurakucho Station (JR, Tokyo Metro). For more information or reservations, call (03) 6270-2888.
