Thanksgiving dinner at Chinzan-so

The Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Chinzan-so in Tokyo will offer a special Thanksgiving dinner at its casual restaurant Seasons Bistro, from Nov. 16 to 22.

The restaurant will offer a variety of dishes that are traditionally offered on the Thanksgiving holiday, but with a bistro twist. For instance, the main dish will be a roasted turkey ballotine (boned and stuffed thigh) served with homemade cranberry sauce, while homemade pumpkin pie with vanilla ice cream will be offered for dessert.

In addition to the course menu, an a la carte menu suitable for children will be available, so that customers can enjoy the traditional holiday dinner with family.
